On Location Consulting is our most hands on and physical approach to our consulting line up. This type of consulting includes a walk through and personal visit of your plant or base of operations. It will include not only common restructuring and reorganization recommendations but also a thorough analysis of your financials (should you choose to make these available). Our expert cost analysis professional will prepare an in depth report and can present this to you or any board members after the initial walk through of your facilities and analysis of your company's financials. On location consultation can include a preliminary on site consultation visit and a follow up on site consultation. Or a preliminary on side consultation and follow up via email, fax, or phone. On location consultation is subject to a minimum hour requirement due to the traveling nature of sending a professional to your place of business.

Cost Analysis can accompany any other methods of consulting. This will include an extensive review of your companies financials. It will include certified mail to and from your place of business. Our professional cost analysis experts will review your books and formulate a strategy to help effectively reduce costs and overhead to maximize profits and efficiency. Since this is a complete project and in depth analysis of your budget and financials there is a minimum hour requirement for this consultation service.
