Terms of use of our website is simple. We are a service provider for web development, design, marketing, advertising, consulting, and optimization strategies. We also have areas of expertise that are not limited to the world wide web. We provide these services to you at an agreed upon rate. Your personal information as well as the details of your project are kept strictly confidential. Your information or concepts will not be shared or solicited with/to any 3rd parties. Once a service has been agreed upon and the estimate has been accepted you grant us the right to carry through with your project until successful completion. We will require a down payment at the commencement of any project (after the time frame and rates have been accepted) and you agree to pay the balance upon completion of the project. Sucessful completion of the project may require additional drafts. Please remember that should you opt for additional drafts to be made or revisited you risk extending the time frame for the completion of your project. Such instances are solely your responsibility and you accept that this may extend the previously agreed upon time period for the completion of your project. We will do our very best to rework and provide additional versions of our work so that you are confident the one you select is to your liking. However we reserve the right, based on our judgement, to prematurely yield additional drafts if we feel this policy is being abused by our clients. Further we reserve the right to turn down any projects that we feel do not measure up to our level of business ethics or where we feel may exist some conflict of interests. By our provision of our service you realize that you are entering into a binding contract and your payment in full releases you from further financial obligation of your contract. Payments that are incomplete (including but not limited to, deposit only, chargebacks, bounced checks, insuffcient funds, and fraudulent payments) will be forwarded to a collection agency. In most cases your deposit is non refundable, unless we expressly tell you otherwise. We will do our very best to leave each and every customer satisfied however sometimes there are circumstances beyond our control. Further we reserve any additional rights not expressly outlined in this terms of use section.
